Hire Connection at Dayboro is a bloke’s oasis.

Home handyman, DIY renovator and tradies alike will find everything they need at the hire shop, nestled among other Williams Street businesses tailoring to acreage properties and worksites.

Business owner John King, a fourth general Dayboro local and former landscaper who lives at nearby Mt Pleasant, has run Hire Connection for five years.

John said his shop is filled wall to wall with everything needed for jobs for the farm and backyard, and both inside and outside the home.

Generators, tools, chainsaws, brushcutters, concrete cutters, trestles, planks, grinders and slashing equipment feature alongside “every power tool you can think of”.

”Our dingoes and bobcats and tractors are our main hiring items, otherwise it’s handyman stuff like cement mixers and wacker packers and general equipment hire for the handyman,” John said.

“We also have a lot of trailers, horse floats and ute hire.”

Along with their variety of high-quality equipment, John said Hire Connection also prides itself on customer service.

John said Hire Connection was planning to expand its premises in the coming months to accommodate even more customer needs.

Hire Connection is open seven days a week at 4/38 Williams Street, Dayboro, near Matilda service station.  Phone 3425 2172.
