What services does your business offer?  Plumbing drainage, gasfitting and excavating.

What areas do your clients come from?  All over Brisbane, locally and the Sunshine Coast.

What was your company’s first job?  Doing the plumbing, drainage and gasfitting on a four bathroom house at Kobble Creek from the ground up.

How did you make your first dollar?  Mowing the neighbour’s lawn.

How did you get into your current line of work?  I did my apprenticship then worked for my employer for six-years before realising I could run my own business.

Why is a business like yours so important?  Our business is very important as I am the person doing the work and I take great pride in doing a good job. I treat each job as if it was my own house.

What sort of clients does your business provide services to?  All sorts of clients, basically people who are in need of a plumber; homeowners, builders, other tradespeople.

What do your customers most appreciate about your services?  A thorough job done promptly for a reasonable price.

Before your current job, what were your previous occupations?  Landscaping and mechanics.

What is the best part of your job?  Satisfying customers with a good job.

What is the most unique job your business has done?  A six bathroom steel frame house at Closeburn.

What advice would you give to anyone considering working in your line of work?  It is a very good trade that teaches you skills in all areas.

If you didn’t work in your current job, what job would you like to do?  Race motorcycles professionally.

How do you spend your spare time?  Spending time with my wife and three kids and riding and racing dirt bikes.
